First time I used it I found it got so hot it melted my lid. I can’t use the fork/knife compartment as it won’t now clip close. And the handle doesn’t clip in all the way so I’m waiting for the to fall out. Haven’t worked out the settles as yet. Used twice all up. I really love the idea of it but not sure why it melted my lid. I will still use it and do still recommend one. It saves me from buying takeout every lunch.

Store owner replied: Hi Aaron, Thank you again for your patience while we looked into this with our logistics team. We’ve now heard back from them, and based on the photos and information provided, the most likely cause is that the 304 stainless steel inner tray was removed and the lunchbox was heated with the lid on top without the stainless steel inner tray in place. This is the only situation they have identified that could cause the lid to become deformed from the heat. The stainless steel inner tray needs to be in place inside the lunchbox whenever the heating function is being used. When the stainless steel tray is correctly positioned inside, the lid should not deform from the heat. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially as you’ve otherwise really enjoyed the product. We’d be happy to help you get everything sorted and make sure you’re using it correctly going forward. If you could let us know what temperature setting you were using and whether the stainless steel inner tray was inside the lunchbox at the time, we can take the next step with you.
